Nina’s love for real estate grew naturally from her love of homes, people, and the process of helping others make big decisions with confidence. She and her husband have spent years managing properties, renovating homes, and investing themselves, which gives her a hands-on perspective that clients truly benefit from.

Although she was born in California, Nina’s family is from Warrensburg, and she came to town for college before falling in love with the community and making it home. She has now lived in Warrensburg for more than 20 years and knows the area inside and out. Today, she and her husband are raising their five boys there and remain deeply connected to the community they love.
